Products Colours

While every effort is made to present each item on our website as accurately as possible, the images you see depend on your monitor's display and colour capabilities. We are therefore unable to guarantee that the product images you see are an identical representation of the actual colour of the item. Colour of the product may differ slightly from the images shown.

Returns & Refunds

We strive to ensure that you are happy with your purchase from us.

However, if you are not entirely satisfied with your purchase we do operate a 7 day money back guarantee.

Please notify us by e-mail (stating reason for return) within 7 days of receipt so that we can give you a return number. The items returned must be unworn, unaltered and returned to us by recorded delivery (at customer expense) with all the original packaging material. We regret that we cannot refund payment for items lost in the post.

We will then issue you with either offer you a credit on your account, issue a full refund or allow you to exchange the item for something else should you wish so. When refunding, the postage costs on the original order are not refunded.

Due to current EU Hygiene regulations, earrings and earring findings are non-returnable.

Please check the goods on delivery. In the unlikely event of goods (including earrings) arriving to you in a faulty or damaged condition you must notify us by e-mail or telephone within 24 hours of delivery and we will arrange a replacement at our expense.

Delivery Details

Orders placed Monday to Friday will normally be dispatched within 2 working days.

Party packs are made to order so, and they will be dispatched within 5 working days. If your order is urgent please let us know before ordering and we'll do our best to meet your requirements.

We offer two shipping methods. "Standard Shipping" and " "Next Day Delivery"

• Standard Shipping: If you choose this method your parcel will be sent using "1st Class Royal Mail Signed For" service. Prices start at just £1 and vary with the weight of the parcel. Full details of cost will become apparent when you get to the checkout. Delivery time is 1 to 2 working days.

•“UK Special Delivery" Next Working Day:
If you'd like your order to be rushed to you, we can offer a next day delivery service (Royal Mail's 'Special Delivery'). Please note that choosing this option at checkout does NOT guarantee Same Day Shipping. If you are ordering Party Packs and your order is urgent please let us know BEFORE ordering and and we'll advise you on whether we can to meet your requirements.
Full details of cost will become apparent when you get to the checkout. This service is not available for deliveries on a Saturday, Sunday or Bank Holiday.
