FAQ
Q. How long does the party last?
A. The duration of the jewellery making session depends on the party option chosen and on the number of children present, varying from approx 60 min up to 2 hours. We will not leave until all the party guests have completed their items of jewellery.
Q. What do I need to provide?
A. If you ahve booked a mobile party, we 'll come to your home or party venue with all the tools and materials necessary for children to make their own creations. All you need to supply is a working surface suitable for everyone to sit or stand around, (such as a dining table). No food is included in the cost of the party—this is the responsibility of the host.
Q. How do I make a party enquiry/booking?
A. You can phone us on 07905 888 268 or contact us by e-mail. We will be happy to discuss your requirements and help you organise your party or event.
Q. How far in advance should I book my party?
A. Parties should be booked with a minimum of 14 day notice.
Although, occasionally, we might be able to accomodate a last minute booking, if you have a particular date and time in mind then it is advisable to book as far in advance as possible to avoid disappointment.
Q. Will I need to pay a deposit?
A. Yes, a non-refundable £ 30 deposit is required to secure your booking, with the final balance due on the day of the party. Any necessary parking charges or additional travel expenses will also need to be reimbursed on date of party.
Q. Does an adult need to be included in the party?
A. Yes, for parties with participants under the age of 16 we require an adult with parental responsibility to be present throughout the duration of the party.
How to book your party
In the first instance please email or phone us to check to check availability. Once your party is provisionally booked, please download and print off the booking form, fill it in and return it to us signed with a deposit cheque.
Booking confirmation and party invitations will be sent out on receipt of the completed booking form & deposit.
A day or two before your party, we will call you to re-confirm and to check if any of the details have changed.
